Made a great dinner tonight that I found on KraftFoods.com. The recipe called for lemon zest. As I found myself standing in the spice isle at the local Kroger.. I thought, "you... idiot..." It dawned on me I've watched enough Food Network to know what to do. So I made my first ever lemon zest and the meal was awesome!

So, I had to travel for work the week before Elisa and Maria were coming down here for Elisa's Bday. She wanted a Sponge Bob party so badly, but couldn't because some parents thing Sponge Bob is "fresh". So, Uncle Matt wanted her to have a Sponge Bob party here! So, he made sure it happened!

So, I subscribe to alot of blogs... alot of blogs about scrapbooking. If I could, I would scrapbook every single day. It's a great way to just let your mind release all the stresses of every day life, let your creative juices flow and make sure the memories of those special times are there forever.

In a lot of those scrappin' blogs I read, it seems that Scrapbook 365 is the thing to do. It's where you take a picture of something you did - or didn't do - that day, every day.

Now, if I didn't travel... or if I had a good printer where I could print my own stuff... I'd do this in a heartbeat.

So instead, I'm taking the easier way for me - do it online.

Let's see if I can keep it up!
